Questions? Bounced. ✅
The stuff every parent asks — answered honestly. Anything else, call or text (609) 480-6826.
How much space do I need?
Our castle combo needs a flat 33' × 14' area; the igloo needs 18' × 18'. Add 3–4 feet of clearance on every side and check for overhead wires and branches. Not sure? Text us a photo of your yard and we'll tell you straight.
What surfaces can you set up on?
We set up on grass (staked) or pavement/indoor (sandbagged). No gravel, mulch, or slopes. If you're not sure what you have, just note it in the booking form.
Do I need to provide power?
We need a standard outlet within 100 ft, or add a generator. The blower runs continuously and uses about as much power as a hair dryer. For parks and fields with no outlets, add our quiet generator for $85.
What happens if it rains?
Rain, sustained winds over 15 mph, or gusts over 20 mph mean we can't safely set up — you get a full refund or a free rebooking, your choice.
How long is a rental?
Up to 8 hours, same day. Want the fun to keep going? Add an overnight keep (secured, fenced yards only) and we'll pick up the next morning.
Is it clean?
Obsessively. Every unit is vacuumed, cleaned with a vinyl-safe disinfectant, and fully inspected between rentals — seams, netting, anchor points, blower, everything.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry commercial general liability insurance, and our units are registered and inspected under New Jersey's carnival-amusement ride safety program, which the state requires of legitimate rental operators.
Do the kids need supervision?
Yes. A responsible adult must supervise whenever the bouncer is in use. We'll walk you through the simple rules at setup (group similar ages, no flips, no shoes, max riders). Want a break? Add a party attendant and we'll run it for you.
Can you hire a photographer through us?
Yes! We partner with Crystal Clear Images LLC — add a professional party photographer to any booking for $300 (2-hour minimum), then $100 per additional hour. Check the box on the booking form and we'll coordinate everything.
Can you set up at a public park?
Usually! Most NJ towns require a permit from the parks or recreation department and proof of our insurance — we'll happily provide our certificate. Book at least 2 weeks ahead so the paperwork clears, and add the generator since most parks don't have outlets.
How do payments work?
$50 card deposit reserves your date — applied to your total. The balance is due in cash or card at setup, after everything is inflated and inspected. Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your event. Inside 72 hours, your deposit converts to a rain check valid for 12 months.
